I hope as a body we are doing our best to set aside some or all the days next week as we do this -Jericho Experience-. I know God can build on what is happening here and I want us as a church to be ready to receive this experience. Remove the doubt at what God can do and get excited about what WE can do for God.

This was a great start to what will be a great week as we begin tearing down the walls that will make a difference not only with ourselves but in Lancaster. As we passed by the cementry I was filled with great sadness because I know that there are people buried there that did not know God when they died. There is no doubt that it is not God's will that anyone should die without a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

I think that we got off to a great start tonight. I know that it will take sacrifice to make it every night, but the sacrifice god has already given is so much greater. We were asked tonight what is something that holds us back from evangelizing. For me it is without a dobut FEAR.I pray that I can be stronger by the end of the week and so much closer to God. Looking forward to tomorrow night.

As I think about "doubt" in my life. I am an optimistic person by nature (except when it comes to the Cincinnati Reds :)). But i know if i get real about myself I struggle with, if anyone will react to what I witness to people about. I know scripture is very clear that my concern should not be on how they receive it, but if I am giving it. The Lord will bring the increse not Bill. So Lord forgive me let me be your servent. Let me be your mouth piece.

I think we got off to a GREAT start! I thank Bill for all his work on our first barrier - "The Wall of Doubt". And to both Doug and Bill for the awesome job in planning the route to encompass our city. Working together as a congregation I have NO DOUBT that great things are going to happen within our community and within our church body. I myself am very GRATEFUL for the vision of our Church Board and I pray that this Jericho Experience will draw me closer to God and that I may be able to reach out to all people in our community, especially the unsaved. Lord, I pray that you will guide me to be a faithful witness to the lost.

The first run of the JERICHO EXPERIENCE on Sunday evening was a personal, spiritual blessing to me. Our youth minister, Bill Rutan, did a great job leading the devotional thoughts on the theme of "Tearing Down the Wall of Doubt". I have NO DOUBT that much good will be realized in the lives of all participants. I look forawrd to the blessings of God which are ahead of us from the studies of such timely topics.

I questioned my self on whether or not I realy doubted if God would move in this experience. Reality is he needs to move in me! How I receive this experence will determine my effectiveness for Christ. Am I willing to surrender to evangalism?

One of Satan's most powerful weapons is doubt. He is always telling us that "we can't do it, or you will fail if you try". We have to remember that if we pray, and step out of our comfort zone, God will know it and bless it/us because we did it for Him.
